How do I obtain customer support after I have picked up my equipment?
Instructions for customers to obtain free customer support after they have picked up their equipment.
Free customer support is provided for customers who have recently had their equipment in our shop for servicing under the following conditions:
1) Free customer support is provided first come, first serve as time permits. We strive to answer ALL our customer's questions in a timely matter, but we can not guarentee the rate at which answers are rendered (Most are answered within 24 hours.) Please try to allow two (2) business days before trying to resend your question.
2) Free customer support is NOT PROVIDED over the phone. It is ONLY provided via EMAIL.
3) In your email try to be as clear about the problems you are having as possible. If you have multiple problems or questions, please make a list outlining the problems or questions at the top of your email. You may provide additional information in the body of the email below.
4) Please send support emails to cesupport@computingedge.net with subject line of "FREE SUPPORT."
5) If you can not connect to the internet or email please contact your internet provider and/or email provider for support.
